Credit scores are a croc of s##t that that credit card CEO and big bank CEO came up to stick it the hard working blue collar works of America. I have zero respect for these CEO's . Credit scores should be done away with.

No more loans, Mortgages or Credit Cards for me...forever. Many people can't live this way, but i can ( and i'm a poor middle class at best ). Screw the Banks. Screw the Credit Scores. I played by the rules 100% of my life and still lost my dream home in 2010 after pooring every dime i made into improvements ( not repairs ). For the rest of my life it will be cash and cash only, or i'll go without.

SCREW The banks and their shills (the credit bureaus). I have no need for their carpetbagging schemes.

The biggest threat to your credit is:

Using money you don't have, to buy things you don't need, to impress people you don't like!

I've used credit for years and never had a problem. Mostly for paying for my daughter's College education. Hopefully at the end of this year the only debt I will have is my Home. I use credit cards

all the time, but when the bill comes in, I pay it immediately to avoid their ridiculous interest charges.

I am now going to practice what my dad taught me. If you don't have the cash to pay for something

then you can't afford it..........

The only reason I keep my credit clean is so that when I retire I can max every card out and not pay a dime of it back.Go ahead and bill my corps.I dont care what anyone thinks about it either.Maybe I'll re-mortgage my house for double it's worth, take the cash and move to Europe.F'em all.

how ironic my husband & I were talking about this last nite. We've bought & sold 3 houses sucessfully & just as many cars. He got hurt at work & we got screwed over by workman's comp which in turn led us down the road that got us kicked rite out of our house on a short sale.

Even with all those positives on our record one little screw up & they don't care about the circumstances behind what caused the situation. All they see is that little #!!!!!!

So when I got out of college and obtained my so called good paying engineering job, I was turned down by the bank for a home loan with a $58,000 dollar a year job and a 780 credit rating because my debt to income ratio was too high due to the rediculous private school loans that I had. Private school loans that where originated by JP Morgan Chase at 12 and 13 percent because of credit score and "no collateral". Now not only can I not obtain "collateral" I have to pay a combined $1400 a month in school loans and rent! This credit Sh*t is a F**king scam. This whole system is a scam. These people are trained con artists. they are taking your fake fiat FED money and making us slaves with it.

ANOTHER FAILURE IN THE AMERICAN MIDDLE CLASS ECONOMY, "THE CREDIT SCORE" ! IF THE SCORE WAS SUCH A GREAT METHOD OF EVALUATING A PERSONS ABILITY TO PAY, THEN WHY ARE WE IN THE MESS WE ARE IN? THE SCORE SHOULD ONLY BE A TOOL, NOT THE GOLDEN RULE!!!   HA, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS USE EVERY SINGLE EXCUSE ON IT TO MAKE YOU PAY A HIGHER INTEREST RATE OR NOT EXTEND CREDIT TO YOU AT ALL!!!!  FINANCES ARE NOT A SCORING  G A M E, IT IS COLD HARD FACTS AND IT SHOULD BE TREATED AS SUCH. NOT WHAT HAPPENED 4 YEARS AGO! WHAT MATTERS IS TODAY AND THE ABILITY TO PAY TODAY!!!!!!!!

I don't care about credit scores, they're created to cause you to live in fear...fear of not getting a loan for anything. I don't own a credit card, don't own a home and rent instead. I don't fear any of these so called credit ratings of any kind. If they create credit scores of any kind, I put no stock in them, no in the stock market itself. Remember this is a fear factor put on us, by those who have all of this money to put fear in us because we don't have their standards of theiving and squandering everything from us. They don't have our best interests at heart.

Yeah my bankruptcy lawyer told me (due to my high credit score and use of "credit") that people like me is what's keepin this country alive and almost well. Well I'm glad I did my part but now I live by the same rule that others are starting to live by on here. Like my dad says "if you can't pay cash for it you really don't need it". Now I'm in a job I love and not killing myself at one to pay off all my debt. Oh just so you don't think I'm not paying back my debt I am. It's a Chapter 13. So everyone will get paid. And I really am glad about that cuz I saw no end in sight. Soon debt free and credit card free!!

Yeah this chick's an expert.  You don't need a social security number to get a book at the library, so how can the credit agency even hear about it.  This is a crummy article, just a bunch of B/S to rile  you... one minute you don't have enough credit, next too much.  They make up the rules as they go along.  Remember "You can buy a $300,000.00 house with a nodoc loan and so-so credit"  now you have to put " 20% down and have a 800 point credit rating and 90 pages of documents"  and probably still won't get it.  The banks screwed up and as usual we pay for it one way or another, either with federal bailouts or with higher and tighter credit requirements and interest rates.  It's called private gain (the banksters), at the publics' expense.

The FICO score was invented to keep you in line.  It keeps you docile, it makes you fearful,  and will force you to pay something you may not even owe because you are afraid your score could be affected negatively.  I think the FICO score trumps the iPad in the  greatest inventions of last 30 years category!  Without a good FICO, you can't  charge an iPad.

So virtually anyone can send a false statement to a collection agency saying you owe money to them; you dispute it; and because of this fraud your credit score drops twice?  It's like the 1099 part of the new health care law. Anyone can file a 1099 saying that you received money from them and according to the tax law you have to include it in your tax return or you will be automatically sent a notice that you neglected to do it (an informal automatic audit).  Do you see problems with this?  This is all guilty until proven innocent stuff.  Where did common sense go?

So what does this tell us?  Credit scores are a crock.  You cannot dispute.  A divorce judgement means nothing.  Closing accounts is no good.  BULL.  Everyone wants to lend you money.  I have friends with horrid credit and they get more credit card and loan apps than I have.

They actually paid someone for this crap???
Anyone with common sense knows all of this
