I bought an older home two years ago.  It was a 70s museum, but in pretty good shape.  Little by little, I've been updating the house.  Must be working because I get so many compliments when people come inside.  A lot of the work included painting, so it looks nice and fresh.  I removed the 70s shag carpeting because underneath it was nice wood flooring, so popular now.  The kitchen and bath have been renovated (on the cheap) and they look terrific.  The finished lower level of the house is in the process of being renovated, and now has two additional very nice bedrooms bringing the total number of bedrooms to four.  Haven't done a lot to the outside except paint the three outside doors bright red, which looks fabulous.  It's hard to believe how different it looks from two years ago - bright and sunny as opposed to its old dark paneled look.

I've had Beanie Babies for years, but I'm not looking to sell them. I just collected the dogs. I love doggies. I can't help it. Anyone who doesn't like it: DON'T LOOK.
