It's up to parents to teach their children smart money skills and habits. But adults can learn important lessons from their kids as well.

Sounds good, but how many of you adults have the same habits you learned as a child? If mom says don't pick your nose, how many of you pick your nose as adults because mom is there to stop you.. Humans evolve as we age and our habits and what we have learned also has different meaning.
As our priorities change so do our money habits. Saving money is a learned skill that many never learn even if they were forced to save as children. Just because someone teaches you at a young age to save doesn't mean it will stick. Setting goals is an adult function and many so-call adults today still manage their money like children....
