cluless  investors commenting . Jc penny bottomed at 5.70 they had a decent holiday ,they have smoothed out the transition with new management .The broke a resistance at 7.20 the 8.20 now pushing 10 ,,Nice  pic ,a little insight  goes along way  The Mick  needs to listen instead of thinking e knows everything

Looked at the first stock listed - even institutional investors who got into J.C. Penney a few months ago are now fleeing it like the plague.

Didn't look any further. I have no confidence in anyone recommending J.C. Penney.
