Obama you suck!!!!! The only thing you did not LIE about is the fact we will not recognize our own country when you leave office. It's my hope  the next  president gets the PEN out and executive orders everything you done off the books.

Look at the old tried and true companies that have not missed a dividend in as much as 100 years, steady returns you can count on is what gives you comfort for cash flow to pay the bills. Necessities, toothpaste, toilet paper, power, water, medicines. Do your homework, past performance is a better indicator then promises........

How sad is it for our nation's savers when investing in individual equities for a 3.6% dividend yield is considered a "big, safe" return?

I took my gains a week ago and will be mostly sitting out until the next big correction. I'm up almost 9% for the ytd . I'll get back in after the correction.

Without the fundamentals. Nothing is safe.  Diversify.  When commodities come down, we will be in trouble, like before.

Instead of drawing a line in the sand he now says, "I won't rule anything out".  What a leader!

ACAS was paying 8% a few years ago and then it stopped the dividend and the stock tanked. I am sure there are more examples.

At about 1500 hrs scumbags started accelerating, sell orders coming in fast and furious; like we said earlier, we had 3 strikes against us early, very low volume with plenty of manipulators, bad economic news and the incompetent buffoon opening his trap to lie, lie and lie as usual...Wall Street cant stand the inept fool. Oh well, be very careful, you know what happens in the last 15 minutes on days like today.

It is the time for us to: Let the by-gones be gone buys; and the bys gone. Let us get our own house in order; then we can ask our brothers and sisters of the Russians to work with us to cement this world back together again. We need them now.

Another triple digit decline, where did we read about that earlier today? A very bad combination, three things: Bad economic news, manipulators in control of this markets from the opening and the muslim inept buffoon opening his trap to spew lies and more lies....Hard to compete with that. Do not get us wrong, we have not given up down here but, things are looking very bleak; the sidelines are looking very attractive....More later.

What's scary is that these Corps wish us to invest in them supporting both Fracking and Corporate Greed!

Nah, I would rather invest in realistic non harmful investments---over supporting the concept of Destructive Greed!

for all you fifth grade educated Obama haters, stay off the comment circuit, your to dumb to even guess what your talking about. Your boring, stupid and prejudiced. I would try and explain your ignorance but your comment language in your comments speaks volumes about  your education.

Do not fall for sucker's rallies, many thought the Dow was recovering, not a chance, the volume is awful and manipulators own the floor like yesterday; we are headed towards another triple digit loss; we call it as we see it folks...About four hours to go, we are not giving up but with the bad economic news today and these scumbags manipulating things, its going to be very difficult.

[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 continues hovering near its high, which is a bit surprising considering several noteworthy areas like biotechnology, chipmakers, transport stocks, and retailers underperform.

The biotech space is on its low with the iShares Nasdaq Biotechnology ETF (IBB 264.30, -2.55) down 1.0%. Elsewhere, the PHLX Semiconductor Index trades flat even as the technology sector outperforms with a gain of 0.5%.

Moving on, transport stocks have pressured the Dow ... More
