The payoff for good customer service
Companies with high marks for the way they treat customers often do well by investors. Is there a connection?

Good customer services ALWAYS requires, "we thank-you for your business", this is what I do in my business 'all the time'.
I don't know about you folks, but if I don't get a "Thank-you" after a purchase, I never return for future purchases....never.
