Will Tesla win the electric-car battle?
Investors have been hot on the company, but the competition is fierce. Here's a graphic look.

Your statistics regarding the charge time for the BMW I3 is incorrect. It is 3 hours per the BMW website.
I owned 5 series BMW's for over 20 years and now am driving a Chevy Volt. I don't like the looks of the I3 at all. I have read they are trying to decide on what type of vehicle the I5 will be, plug-in hybrid or full EV. Have to see where that goes.
As the article states, I am a low mileage driver, around 11,000 miles a year. My daily commute is under 10 miles each way. If I had the money, I would definitely have bought a Tesla. I hoping that the Model-E, rumored to be available in 2016-2017 will be the next car I buy.
