10 states at most risk of disaster

This country is going through hell because we have pushed god aside and as it said in the bible when people put god aside he brought his wrath down upon them with a flood. no offense to be taken here but all of the atheists are somewhat wrong because what created the thing that created science, The  answer is GOD.  the bible says that nobody not even Jesus Christ himself knows the day of the rapture but only GOD does. No man can predict the second coming, or predict the end of the world, WE NEED TO BRING GOD BACK INTO OUR LIVES TO STOP THIS CRISIS. Many of you will just pass by this article, but the ones that read it, God bless you.

We humans think we can control the forces of nature by changing our habits, going green or whatever.  This century and the last will see major natural and man made disasters just like those that have occurred all through out history.  There have been disasters that have wiped out whole civilizations, Pompeii,Atlantis, parts of the Persian and Greek empires and so on.  The problem with our modern society is that we think we are having the worst of the lot because we can see the effects instantly through electronic media. Fllod,famine, fire, earthquakes, volcanoes, tidal waves and other such calamities have and will always be with us.

How can a God that is so loving be so cruel you ask?  Mankind caused its own downfall through mankinds own actions of disobediance.  God created Man and even gave him a safe environmentally friendly garden and the only rule  was to not eat of a certain tree. Mankind ate of that tree and disobeyed God and mans dominion over nature was ended at that point. Its like kicking an adult child out from the home after trying the best you can to help him or her.  You love them but the repeated disobediance and lack of initiative forces you to make them fend for themselves.  You still love them but they are at the mercy of a situation they created and only by letting them struggle will they come to know responsibility.

As for Steven Hawkins, true he is a great mind but nothing he says has either been proven or disproven.  Call it God, a Creator or what ever you can't get something from nothing. 

Please don't blame the lack of spelling skills on teachers.  Blame it on the parents who won't discipline their children.  Blame it on the millions of kids who go home to an empty house everyday with no one to monitor their behavior.  Blame it on the permissiveness of society.  I AM A TEACHER and I see it everyday.  We do the very best that we can with what we have to work with.  Parents, please keep in mind that most everything you say to your child about the school systems, their teachers, politics, your fights, your drinking, and your drugging comes to school with your children.  I know far more about the private lives of today's students than I want to.  Please don't misunderstand.  I am not saying that all children live in these environments, but when you have second and third generation welfare recipients with children pregnant in junior high and not being concerned about it...well, it just shows where our society is headed.  You can spout all the religion at the public that you want to, but it simply boils down to this; do the right thing because it's the right thing to do, not because you have the specter of hell hanging over your head, or because there's a reward for you in the end.  How about changing our attitudes to be less gloom and doom.  A happy life is totally a state of mind.  You are in control.  No one else.  Now I'll get off my soap box.  I hope I haven't misspelled anything.  Most will focus on that and not the message of the post.  How unfortunate.
