10 products America makes best

The wealthy have sold out America. They move their manufacturing base to other countries to pocket an extra margin of profit, they do not pass on the savings to the consumer but instead pocket it, and the end result is economic devastation.

They also buy our politicians in order to control our legislation, thus creating free trade (which allows them to import their ill-manufactured goods at almost no cost from places like Mexico, Canada, China, Pakistan, and other various countries).

Manufacturing needs to return to the USA, and free trade is only good if it benefits the USA. So far, it has not. It has caused much more harm than good.

We are losing our innovation edge. By teaching the Chinese how to manufacture high quality, they are not doing it better than we can do it. Here in America, we can no longer innovate because we don't make anything. The people who make and design the product are the ones who can innovate.

All we do is consume. We need to start producing again. We need to manufacture the things that the American people need, not just loud annoying toys like Harley Davidson motorcycles and lighters.

The American people need to wake up and see how the wealthy, the GOP, and others like Romney have sold out the American people.

how about Fire Engines  and BBQ Grills

Think about the time when America DID make the best of everything available...

it was when Americans beleived in themselves and our country...very much unlike the USA bashing whiners that probably NEVER made anything with their own two hands.

Quality begins with pride in your work, not in your bottom line.

  I live in Sioux Falls SD and every year we can't get around town because of the motorcycle trailers parked everywhere. You see all those Harleys at Sturgis every year and you think they were driven there. In all actuality, they were trailed there, the trailers parked all over in cities like Sioux Falls and they rode them the rest of the way to give the image they made the trip from Florida or Maine etc.

Harleys are all about image, not quality.  They Hardley make the grade.
