I like these half truths about stocks. If it's up 39% but down 40%. Isn't that a net loss of 1%?

This is all hype BS. They are just trying to get us suckers to believe in this cluster**** once again so the wealthy can make even MORE money of us. I'm glad to see that nobody here trusts yet another lie to prop up the unsustainable. Congratulations! You are learning brothers and sisters!!

Yeah and I love the reference to the Greek crisis looking hopeful. Are ****ing kidding me? Really?? The entire capitalist world economy reminds me of avoiding going to the dentist with a bad infected tooth. Sure you can 'bail out' the problem temporarily with pain killers and cheer "we're saved!!" but the root cause of the problem, the insidious infection is still rotting away in there. Sooner or later you have to go get it taken care of; been better off TO JUST TAKE OUR LUMPS NOW instead of prolonging the agony and it will be FAR WORSE than DEALING WITH IT NOW! WTF!!!  I’ll say it again: COMPRESSIVE DEFLATIONARY CONTRACTION!!!!

And BTW. You can forget it if you think the Republicans are going to fix this if/when Oboob gets the boot in Nov. It's here to stay.

I am over it, I really tried for a long time, doing my homework, taking some risks; Then all it takes is one ****-syst, to slam a stock and it plunges, praise one and suckers buy it, then the big money guys buy and sell and buy and sell creating these waves and high and lows for their day trading. F'it, I made a few bucks and bought apartments buildings, I can touch them and they're on solid foundations. God Bless the USA, all we're doing is trying here, Vote For_____, wish I knew...; Take care fellow suckers !

I own one of them and would not the buy any of the others.  The market in the only legalized crap-shoot in 50 states, and I'll stick to what I already own, doing just fine, thank you; so well that I avoid the experts' advice and rely on someone with 30 years of rock-solid conservative expertise.

Signs of the European debt crisis might be coming to a resolution? Really? If kicking the can further down the road is "resolution", we're all in trouble.

[BRIEFING.COM] S&P futures vs fair value: +5.50.  Nasdaq futures vs fair value: +9.00.   A decidedly positive tone in the prior session snapped a six-session losing streak by providing stocks with their best one-day bounce in two months. Momentum from the move had faded overnight, but a bout of buying in the last hour has helped lift stock futures. A positive tone is evident in Europe, where the continent's major bourses are sporting strong gains in the face of a reduced ... More
