I think your web site needs to be more user friendly. I clicked around for 5 minutes and never did find your 'worst' & 'best' lists. Why don't they just come up when you click on the article???

I think Verizon is one of the WORST for customer service!!!

I can never find the original story that I clicked on. Your site sends me to lots of useless info.

Please make the site more accurate when clicking for a story.

ALL lists should be just that, lists. All on one page.  If one wants more info on a particular item you should be able to click on that item and more details would appear. Smarten up website designers!

Time Warner Cable I'm glade to see you made the list of bad service what you guys put me threw because of my soon to be ex-wife up in Wis.   Because she didn't pay her bill you turned off my service, and wouldn't let me get turned back on until it was paid in full and also the stuff returned to the store.  The lady on the other end told me you guys didn't care how you treated people as long as you got the money from them.   Well I see that is really working out for you guys.   How many jobs will be lost because of this bad service?

Amazon really does have EXCELLENT customer service. My daughters Kindle stopped working after 4 months and after no success over the phone - Amazon will send me another along with a prepaid label to return the non-working unit. No hassles, no questions, no problem .... :)

Any time I have to talk to someone in a foreign country then:::: THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!
When I call a company for help and a forenigner answers I have a difficult time understanding them, I ask for an Engligh speaking customer rep, usually if they are Indian they are somewhat combative. When buying my last laptop I called Dell, an unpleasent experience with the Indian service rep, his suprevisor was even worse, I hng up, called HP spoke to a rep in the USA, bought a HP not a Dell, I hope Dell's exploiting cheap labor does not put them out of business.

Dish Network has my vote as the biggest scammers in the TV industry. I was told by the techs that came to my home there was no way I could get my locals in HD. But something happened Miraculously, the lead installer, or should I say head liar, came to my house, just happened to be in the area:), and told me that the signal was to be up and running on the Eastern Arc sats in a matter of weeks. Well, the weeks turned into months, you get the picture! He should have been fired on the spot, but he probably got a bonus for not letting me get away! I was actually able to speak to one of the higher ups at Dish, or it could have been Peggy taking his turn, and never received an apology!! Unbelievable!

Just a footnote, unfotuuately I had to declare Chapter 11 due to a liver transplant and that is how I got the bastards to cancel the contract.

And where's Costco???

"No hassle, no receipt, no questions asked" return policy.  They should be on here too!

There is ONE company left OFF the list and that is BING!  Why on earth do they hire the village idiot to come up with a juvenile format where  you 'see who the companies are' garbage of clicking back and forth in order to read an entire article. What is wrong with setting down your caption THEN writing the entire article, listing the companies, without all of this childish flipping back and forth.  For that reason the minute I see this ridiculous format I go onto something else and say to  heck with article. I don't want to waste mh life with their silly formats and childish games!  Grow up MSN - most people on here ARE grown up - how about hiring a few?  I don't EVER use Bing bacause of this procedure and format - its absolutely silly!  I'll use my time reading intelligent, fully informative, articles. I won't stoop to their refusal to be an adult!   Pathetic!

USAA needs to be on this list.  I'm shocked that it's not.  I've never been treated better by any other Banking Institute that with USAA.  They make the members feel like family and consistently go out ot their way to make the customer happy.  I've been with them for over 15 years and since day 1 I've been a priority with them.

you really should add directv to this list. every time i turn around they are trying to charge me more money every month

I agree! I usually give up before ever reaching the story I wanted to read. Maybe that's the point. Shall we count the ads between the first click until you reach the story you wanted to read? As usual, I give up and move on. Thanks MSN!

I'm also surprised Nordstrom isn't on this list.  Hands down best department store customer service in the country.

[BRIEFING.COM] Equity indices continue drifting near their best levels of the day, but the energy sector (-0.4%) has recently tumbled to a fresh low amid a decline in the price of crude.
