VIDEO ON MSN MONEY
It is only going to get worse. The food stamp President has encouraged employers to cut hours from 40 to 30 because of Obamacare. This will cause middle and low wage earners to make less, and the result will be more poverty.
The democraps have decimated blacks by relying on more and more welfare. Have bastard children and get more benefits. .
The war on poverty will never be won until those living in it, WANT to get out from under.
You continue to throw money at the problem and it only escalates.
When Martin Luther King had his "Dream" 70% of black babies were born into 2 parent households
Today over 70% of black babies are born to single mothers.
2/3's of all babies born to women under 30 in this country, regardless of race, are born to single mothers.
Meanwhile, somewhere in Illinois, they are asking: "where is our village idiot"?

The war on poverty has to be an individual endeavor and has to start from the years of youth. One can not continue to blame society, our parents, the fact that we happen to be the middle child, not affluence for sure, nor any other common excuses. Pigs get used to the sound of the trough as it gets filled to get up to eat, when that happens to the homo sapiens and their famously developed brain poverty sets in for years on end.
The keys: Work, Education, Early mornings, Go against the grain, and Make every day count. Of course, there are many more, but these are my favorites when posting a rant.
First ask yourself if these cities are run by Democrats, then you'll have your answer and know why they are poor.
Ladies and gentlemen, I think a vast majority of your comments while entertaining are somewhat misguided. The fact that nearly all, if not all of you identify the problem as a leftist, or democrat induced issue. Sadly until you can truly realize that both parties are corrupted to the same degree we will truly never be free. Our government was hijacked by big money long ago. Both party chairs are essentially business partners. Let that soak in. To get on either ticket Republican or Democrat you have to be elected by the party. You only get elected by the party if you are willing to work for the party. The party is run by and funded by multi-billion dollar people and companies/corporations. Also we don't even have a free election process..... you never get to hear the opinions of all the nominees. Only the democratic parties nominee and the republican parties nominee. The free debate process was hijacked in the early 80's when both the Republican party and the Democratic party signed a contract in secret to take over the debates. What used to be random questions asked of ALL the candidates we now have scripted shows.
All of your media sources such as newspapers, television, and radio are owned by 6 corporations. No diversification, you never see more than two fairly bad opinions of situations.
All of the food you eat is owned by ten corporations. Research into GMO's is non existent and they have been incorporated into our food system by the corrupted FDA.
The military of this country is operating in 70 countries at this time. We targeted kill "targets" that usually turn out to be unreported or misreported civilians. We have intentionally killed a US citizen in a foreign country and then weeks later killed his 16 year old son.
Huge percentages of US corporations are sending manufacturing work overseas to countries with no labor laws or pollution regulations. We can't compete with this cheap slave labor on any level. Did you know 99% of this countries shoes are foreign made in China? Think of 12 year old Chinese girl who works 70 hour weeks next time you put on your Nike's. China fundamentally hates us yet we send high technology jobs to China daily. Keep this in mind. We won WWII because we could out manufacture our enemies. Yet we send our manufacturing sector to our Communist antagonist.
I could keep going, but I feel I've said too much already. Essentially people we are on a collision course with disaster. The rich are milking this country dry in a horrible game of who can get more money. Meanwhile our jobs and civil liberties are becoming more and more endangered. We are losing our lively hood and our freedom. This is because of both parties people! Their objective was to get you to blame one another and never agree, they've split what is important to people down the middle. 50% 50% and that's exactly what this country is.... half blue and half red. Until we all wake the hell up on the same day we are entirely screwed. We are being chopped up and parted out folks. We've had the wool over our eyes long enough.
Research this stuff yourself, you'll see what I'm saying is sadly very true!
