A T & T should top this list. The stunts that they pull on military members and their families is outrageous. They still charge for a suspended phone line if a military member is deployed just to keep the text messaging feature.
They have what's called an (All-or-Nothing Plan) either you keep the phone and all of the features if deployed or you lose the ability to communicate with family the only way that you can.
What a scam. I filed a complaint with the BBB just to let them know that A T&T clearly makes a bundle on the backs of the military members that serve this country, veterans and their families.
After 15 years of paying Dish about $130 per month, I decided to leave them for a bare-bones cable plus Netflix. I had decided that if that didn't work, I would again sign up with Dish. (and get some of those goodies that they give new customers but never bother to give old reliable customers.) You would have thought I was leaving the Mafia. I got numerous phone calls offering me big deals if only I would stay with them. They offered me a chance to place my subscription on "hold". They didn't tell me that it would cost me for that "feature".
After all that, I would rather have my fingernails pulled out than go with them again. Beware. I don't know how the other big satelite provider works, but I hope it's better than Dish.
How about BoA and Comcast. I was sent a bill of more then $800 for the services that were cancelled 6 months ago. I had to deal with not only their reps but also collection agency and honestly it was alot easier to deal with the collection agency then the comcast reps because all they cared about was to get the payment asap and not trying to find the error in the system or fix the issue.
Never again Comcast. I rather live without any tv channals then get comcast.
Verizon charged me for cable although they know I did not have cable with them and is insisting that I pay.
Did Progressive Insurance fall out of the top list this time? They consistently score very low in customer satisfaction

The utilities sector has been the subject of some selling in recent weeks. The high-yielding space is down 3.6% this week, and lower by 6.7% so far this month. Nasdaq -12.23 at 3447.19... NYSE Adv/Dec 824/2056... Nasdaq ... More
