Where's Microsoft on this list? I installed Windows Vista and it was total #$#@. It took me days of time to recover from that...days of billable hours to recover. Not even a "I'm sorry you're having trouble" from MSFT support. Then there was Windows 7. Not quite as bad, only took about 6 hours to get it working properly and an hour on the phone with support...had to pay MSFT for that "support". I recently started using Microsoft CRM...what a total mess!!!! Finally, I've included MSFT stock in my portfolio. It is the lowest yielding stock in my package. MSFT should be top of the list.
Tmobile on this list is complete BS.. So the deal with AT&T fell through, great for us who have Tmobile and those who work for them or else as AT&T is notorius for is firing or scaling back.
I have had Tmobile for over 13yrs not one instance of poor customer service or outage and if I did they would always give me credit or fix the problem. I have known more than enough who have AT&T and hate them, sorry customer service and beyond, and Sprint still lags behind with NO true 4G or LTE, where as Tmobile has one of the fastest 4G networks and is rolling out there LTE.
So to the Author do your homework before you decide to choose who is worst?? And read up on what Tmobile is doing to inhance there network and also the fact I can take my phone and have service interruption to Europe and get straight onto Deustche Telecom.

Equities climbed steadily since the opening bell as investors prepared for tomorrow's policy decision from the Federal Reserve.
