Bank of America and JC Penney are top runners! But if we had to pick the worst of the worst it would be JC Penney! Oops! Why worst customer service, worst check out service, not good associates not good management, Product failure, store overview deflation, not allot of traffice and the worst part is they treat there employees like they are slaves, not a good environment they pay them low and make they work hard not an equal employee opportunity! Employees dress like its always friday on Penneys!
you really need to add ups to the list i bought a media center for my home custome made had some nice extras added to it was so excited about it finally being finished and that it was ready to be shipped i made the mistake of having it wrapped boxed and shipped by ups it arrived 3 weeks ago the box looked like they dropped it off the truck one side was split open and inside wait for it my custom media center was broken into pieces, i say no problem its insured right so i call ups they wanted pictures of the box the packing material the broken media center ok no problem i take the pictures of the box the packing material and the top and sides of the media center call back after not hearing from ups they said they never got the pictures and by the way they want pictures of all sides of the media center top bottom right side left side i try to explain to them the more i try to handle this media center the more it falls apart then the real fun begins i get a call from there investigator he wants to come and see the box, shipping material and broken media center i said ok but that not what ups customer service dept just told me so he call them calls me back and laugh and hangs up, three weeks later the box, shipping material and broken media center is still sitting on my kitchen table no closer to being replaced or what ever ups decides so it's now a very expensive center piece sitting in the middle of my kitchen table so i started a media center pool along with my super bowl pool if i'm lucky i'll win both and get a new center piece for my dining room table and who knows maybe ups corporate can take over having my media center as there center piece for there kitchen table
