T-Mobile has no respect for it's customers, especially those who are seniors and disabled.

You forgot AIG and Allstate Insurance company's. They cheat their customers and hire doctors to deny claims and give fraudulent opinions or lie to deny benefits. They send you to doctors who come up with conditions that don't have any thing whatsoever to do with the reason you are being treated for in the first place. Does anyone wonder how AIG could have repaid the government back $205 billion in a 5 year span, when we the people bailed them out of the mess that they got into, that helped cause the recession we were in 5-6 years ago? What kind of things can you invest in to make that kind of money? They deny claims for no particular reason except to make a profit. I had a doctor come up with a disease from a car accident and when I didn't test positive for the disease, he claimed that the injury they were paying for wasn't relevant. I'm still under doctors care for that same injury. When all along I had a medical condition, that wasn't properly diagnosed, they claimed it wasn't caused by getting rear ended by 3 cars. I saw this Professional for 13 minutes and he still to this day claims that even after surgery for some of the injuries I sustained, that nothing is wrong or that it never happened as if we are all liars. How many american customers have been treated this same way? How many americans have had their lives destroyed by this company in the name of "profit"? what and why do we policy holder put up with this kind of treatment? looks and sounds like a conspiracy or fraud to me. What do you think? when and how do we get this to stop?

Why is Citi Bank #5? By far, they have been the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. All of my friends who have held credit cards with them have said the same thing!

Bank of America and JC Penney are top runners!  But if we had to pick the worst of the worst it would be JC Penney!  Oops!  Why worst customer service, worst check out service, not good associates not good management, Product failure, store overview deflation, not allot of traffice and the worst part is they treat there employees like they are slaves, not a good environment they pay them low and make they work hard not an equal employee opportunity!    Employees dress like its always friday on Penneys!

The JCP Exec (ron Johnson) can't get out of his own way. When is the board going to wake up & smell the roses and dump this turkey? When it's too late?

The financial world is really getting bad! As do criminals and crooks, these companies are doing what takes to stay in business to make a profit at the expense of human beings. Profits come before the welfare of human beings! Maybe one day, currency wont be worth anything. Maybe one day governments and big companies will look out for the welfare of our human race instead of the welfare of themselves! Who knows?

What the heck what about INBEV! They took one of Americas most Loved companies bought it with NO money threw Bank Of America, Then fired most people working at the main headquarters. Then cut the work force in half (union) that is cut benefits and 401k while the Union just stood by and watched. Well at least Michelob is down 70 percent on sales. Hope the rest follows! Cheers To bad they didnt have to change thier name to Inbev instead of ruining the good BUSCH name!

How about AT&T? They totally suck !. If T-Mobile had joined forces with AT&T, I would have left T-Mobile, whom I have been happy with. I am ok with T-Mobile. For now.

JC Penney has more problems that just its CEO.  It's stores are a mess and the sales people are inattentive and rude.  Last time I went to JC Penney there were clothes on the floor and sale's people chatting on their phones or with each other.  Haven't been back since.  Such a shame.  I used to really like Penneys.

you really need to add ups to the list i bought a media center for my home custome made had some nice extras added to it was so excited about it finally being finished and that it was ready to be shipped i made the mistake of having it wrapped boxed and shipped by ups it arrived 3 weeks ago the box looked like they dropped it off the truck one side was split open and inside wait for it my custom media center was broken into pieces, i say no problem its insured right so i call ups they wanted pictures of the box the packing material the broken media center ok no problem i take the pictures of the box the packing material and the top and sides of the media center call back after not hearing from ups they said they never got the pictures and by the way they want pictures of all sides of the media center top bottom right side left side i try to explain to them the more i try to handle this media center the more it falls apart then the real fun begins i get a call from there investigator he wants to come and see the box, shipping  material and broken media center i said ok but that not what ups customer service dept just told me so he call them calls me back and laugh and hangs up, three weeks later the box, shipping material and broken media center is still sitting on my kitchen table no closer to being replaced or what ever ups decides so it's now a very expensive center piece sitting in the middle of my kitchen table so i started a media center pool along with my super bowl pool if i'm lucky i'll win both and get a new center piece for my dining room table and who knows maybe ups corporate can take over having my media center as there center piece for there kitchen table

I can't believe AT & T didn't make this list.  Wait times on the phone of 25 minutes or more, being transferred to other departments and getting cut off, only to have to start over again, inability to fix thier own mistakes.  I have spent the last month on the phone with them  trying to straighten out a bill for DSL we never got !!!!

I used to work for JC Penney"s many years ago/ Customer service was extraordinary. Employee's were proud to work there. My last few trips may be the last. The changing room was disgusting and there was of course little help; I called their Headquarters and all I said mwas I had a complaint...she went off thinking I was calling to complain about same sex commercials. Hell that is the best thing they did. The worst is customer service and you should expect dressing rooms to be clean.
