They are puttin over a billion dollars to change over 4G LTE and increased towers with metro pc buy. My plan is about 40% less than my freinds verizon plan now. I can wait and will be laughing all the way to the bank with a better network end of this year early next year.

How about BoA and Comcast. I was sent a bill of more then $800 for the services that were cancelled 6 months ago. I had to deal with not only their reps but also collection agency and honestly it was alot easier to deal with the collection agency then the comcast reps because all they cared about was to get the payment asap and not trying to find the error in the system or fix the issue.

Never again Comcast. I rather live without any tv channals then get comcast.

A T & T should top this list.  The stunts that they pull on military members and their families is outrageous.  They still charge for a suspended phone line if a military member is deployed just to keep the text messaging feature.

They have what's called an (All-or-Nothing Plan) either you keep the phone and all of the features if deployed or you lose the ability to communicate with family the only way that you can.

What a scam.  I filed a complaint with the BBB just to let them know that A T&T clearly makes a bundle on the backs of the military members that serve this country, veterans and their families.

Dish is nothing but a huge bate and switch conglomerate! I wish that someone would take them on in a class action suit. I'd get behind that.

After 15 years of paying Dish about $130 per month, I decided to leave them for a bare-bones cable plus Netflix.  I had decided that if that didn't work, I would again sign up with Dish. (and get some of those goodies that they give new customers but never bother to give old reliable customers.)  You would have thought I was leaving the Mafia.  I got numerous phone calls offering me big deals if only I would stay with them.  They offered me a chance to place my subscription on "hold".  They didn't tell me that it would cost me for that "feature".

After all that, I would rather have my fingernails pulled out than go with them again.  Beware.  I don't know how the other big satelite provider works, but I hope it's better than Dish.

well att over charged me every month for the whole 7 yrs i was with them until they put a flag on my account so i could not get anymore credits although every credit i recieved was to correct the over charging...then when i cancelled and i recieved my final bill i had 2 cell numbers on the details i never did own so i now wonder if the over charging was hidden mobile numbers that some rep had on my account hmm

Verizon is the worst I've ever had to deal with. They expect you to pay for their screw ups and never own up to it. They screwed me on my DSL service for a year and never fixed their mistake. They insisted I owed them and I refused to pay so they messed up my credit. I was so pissed of that when my wireless contract was up I cancelled my service and went with ATT. I'll never use them for anything again. I'll talk into a soup can with a string before I give those ****s another cent. F 'em.

I had Tmobile since 2004 I only signed with them because of credit problems and their phones were cheap or almost free when signing on as a new customer.  Last month my family & I switched to Sprint.  I just got tired of bad customer service and dropped calls and bad coverage.  Even though I got hit with an early termination fee.....it was worth it!!  I think Tmobile's been on the most hated companies list for at least 3 years now!  smh

t mobile may be on this list, but i dont see how it can possibly be worse than verizon....

verizon manages to lose half of the texts sent through it,has terrible service most places(i cannot make calls within a 1/4 mile of my house....)and its customer service is non-existant

i ache to get out from under verizon and go to t mobile....since sprint and att are both worse than verizon....

Customers did not leave JCP in droves because of pricing changes.  Pricing changes was the result of trying to correct the HUGE error of enlisting Ellen Degenerate as your national spokesperson and it failed miserably!  Americans did not leave JCP because of anything at all to do with pricing policy - they left and are still gone because of your pro-gay and pro same-sex marriage policy, because of ads that show two dads or two mommies, and because you choose Ellen Degenerate for a spokesperson - and for those same reasons we have not walked a foot inside your door since, nor will we until you change your attitude.  I recommend you do it fast though - you can't survive in this market much longer!
