Customers did not leave JCP in droves because of pricing changes.  Pricing changes was the result of trying to correct the HUGE error of enlisting Ellen Degenerate as your national spokesperson and it failed miserably!  Americans did not leave JCP because of anything at all to do with pricing policy - they left and are still gone because of your pro-gay and pro same-sex marriage policy, because of ads that show two dads or two mommies, and because you choose Ellen Degenerate for a spokesperson - and for those same reasons we have not walked a foot inside your door since, nor will we until you change your attitude.  I recommend you do it fast though - you can't survive in this market much longer!

I had a Tmobile cell phone for years.  Then friends offered to put me on their friends and family plan which was much cheaper.  So.... I cancelled Tmobile on the phone and paid the final bill up to the minute using my debit card.  The Tmobile rep assured me I was paid up and done.  Well, wouldn't ya know, I got a bill for $50.00 the following month showing no calls.  Next thing ya know, a collection agency was after me.  I just couldn't believe it.
