When the top dog in a company is a woman and not just 1 or 2 in a managerial position or put the board, then women will have arrived.  Sometimes women are put in leadership position as a "token", but not given the CEO position.  I agree...we've come a long way, but we still have a long way to go.

When the top dog in more than one company is a woman and not just 2 or 3 of the managers are women, then we will know that women have finally arrived.  Sometimes women are just put on the board or in some type of director/managerial position as a "token".

ebay gets an upgrade how about the kids starting college an upgrade so there prices are lower some do not go anymorem do to the fact parents can't afford  or  are ILL!!

Man cannot truly be happy as long as women are held equal to a man. A woman is a woman and should not be doing man things.
All you need to do is look at the way the world is changing to see the mistakes you have made as a society. Not saying that woman should be wearing Burka, but they shouldn't be flying jets or running mens businesses either.
Women are made to have babies, that's why they have a womb, and care for families and others. How do you not get that? You can't screw with mother nature and get away with it.
A womans touch should be a Healing and caring touch and not a mans touch.
