[BRIEFING.COM] Equity indices have retreated from their early highs with the Nasdaq (-0.2%) facing the heaviest selling pressure. As a result of the retreat, the tech-heavy index now trades lower by 0.2% while the Dow (+0.3%) and S&P 500 (+0.1%) remain in positive territory.
