I'm confused.  These companies (that are fast becoming giants in their industries) are called "disruptors" because they're disrupting the business of other giants in their industries?  Isn't that a stretch of preciousness even for MSN?  I'm starting to see the label "disruptor" in other media and if anyone's listening out there - I AVOID disruptions in my life, thank you very much.  So good luck with that.

Really, if you buy a CD you are going to listen to it 3 maybe 4 times and then it gathers dust when you move on to the next big hits anyway.  So, why pay for it when all you need is an FM radio?

I think you might misunderstand what MongoDB is. I wouldn't define it as competitor to Github because MongoDB is a database system, not version control.

How can you change the future?  It hasn't happened yet.  A good mix of companies, though.
United Launch Alliance is fairly young, and it's another company keeping us in space.
