I'm gonna laugh my **** off when all my idiot fellow employees who voted for Obama, open their checks in Jan 2013. I don't think any of them have any idea what's coming. They are so stupid. They really believe Obama is for the poor and middle class. We'll see what their reaction is come the new year. I bet most of them just give the pres a pass and put the blame on George Bush. I can't get over how stupid people are anymore. Is there anyone out there in America who has a clue but me? I feel so alone.

I personally hope we go 'over the cliff'. I also hope that a huge amount of industrial leaders and business people go "Atlas Shrugged" on us. That's what this country deserves.........we need to hit rock bottom.......tear the federal government down and rebuild it to it's bare Constitutional minimums. Unless of course, you have no problem with burying future generations with such a massive debt that they'll never have the life that you have........

I am prepared for the fiscal cliff. I am ready to stand firm and not give in to our President. I read that 80% of those who voted for Obama live paycheck to paycheck compared to 20% for those who voted for Romney. Too many people want handouts instead of opportunities to work hard. Life isn't easy. The money printing press has run out of ink.

I just read the stupidest thing on here.....somebody said we should ALL pay more taxes?! Are you kidding me have you looked at your paycheck and how much taxes come out of it? Have you seen the sales tax you pay at stores? If the government can't function on what all working American's already pay in taxes then shame on them and let us jump over that fiscal cliff NOW!!! We already work too many days a month to pay our taxes!!! Also someone said people should stop shopping and eat at home....well guess what if that happens then good luck to those looking for jobs, and goodbye America as we know it. It's time for the American people to make Government live up to the Constitution Of the People, For the People, and By the People!!! Stop spending the working Americans money Obama....let's only help those who can't help themselves.....not the one's that won't help themselves!!!!!

Now we get to witness all the lies, all the deceptions for Obama and his criminal bought and paid for election deceptions. As a person who thinks both these parties are poison on our countries future. I hope everyone holds Obama and his puppets total responsibility for the $30 trillion dollar debt this country is going to see after he walks away from all you puppet idiots. Your cities still filled with scum, your gas prices will double, AGAIN as you lose your HOME equities AGAIN to pay his special interest Groups AGAIN. The proof on the table how racist this election really is today and funny thing is, I laugh my **** off. Don't matter you color, he is still sending this country into slavery again, slaves to your debtors and no matter your color you racist pigs, you will burn in the fires that are coming to your cities. Go get stoned on weed now, brain dead idiots seem to the the trend in America today.. Puppets of a string and the only poll they held, was polling your strings again like the selfish racist idiots you are..

I really wished they would get this right. This doesn't cost the government anything, all it means is that their projections for the next 10 years will have to be re-run. The government is set to grow automatically at about 5% and if it doesn't grow by that much they call it a cut. Even if it grows at only 2% it is considered a 3% cut, not 2% growth. It is so frustrating that this keep getting played as it will "cost the government x billions of dollars". That is incorrect. It just means that they will have to adjust their spending and only spend what they take in. C'mon people we need to get educated to what all this means. They want us to feel that if they don't raise taxes everything will stop. That just simply isn't true. It just means someone will have to go through and make the hard decision and cut stuff that isn't needed or is over budget, kinda like I have to do every year.

The members of Congress know how to stop this, but it amounts to politicial suicide to do so. Constituents will rebels if taxes on them are raised or their favorite government program is cut substantially and throw their "bum" out. So we are actually hostage to 535 egos.
Solution? Tell everyone in Congress that this is their last term in office unless they fix it, no matter how painful the process and the results are.

[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 ended this week with a bang, roaring to a new all-time high on the back of stronger-than-expected economic data, influential leadership, and an ongoing appreciation for the Fed's monetary policy support.
The bullish bias was evident in premarket action as the S&P futures pointed to a higher start without the benefit of any definitive news catalyst. Stocks indeed benefited from a blast of buying interest at the opening bell on this ... More
