Where companies stand on gay rights

Seriously - enough. How nice it must be, to be so ignorant, that this issue should occupy your thoughts. How nice to not have to worry about global warming, global hunger, disease, pollution, war or poverty. Instead, gay marriage gets your blood boiling. It is not an issue. It does not matter if gays marry each other. It really doesn't. Being denied rights as a US citizen does matter. I realize how blasphemous this is, but have the Bible thumpers ever considered the possibility that other opinions exist? And, that maybe, quick grab your crucifix, some Americans are not Christians? The Bible says a lot of things, and I would really hope that we could move past interpreting it literally. Evolution happens, we don't stone whores, and gays deserve rights. Further, why would the creator of all that exists, the infinite beauty and mystery of the universe and our being, give a damn who people sleep with?! Give the guy more credit!

Having worked for a company that once made the mistake of dissing Gay Rights, I can only say "don't discriminate." You shall be visited upon by awful revenge, loud and stinging revenge.

Homosexuals tend to be educated and well-supported, and plenty of bucks to go around. When a survey demonstrated that my company had more than 30% homosexual customer base, well, things changed fast. And so did our bottom line. Ever stick your foot in your mouth? Tastes terrible.

And you know something else: The Bible used to preach against lefthanded folks, and supported slavery, too. And The Bible was wrong. It's time to revisit & revise it, again.

Any overt sexual activity needs to stay in the bedroom. I don't care if you're in love with a coon dog, don't show it in public, and don't try to tell everyone how great it is, and how they're stupid for not thinking it's great.

Everyone needs to keep their love life to themselves.
