I see nothing wrong with same sex marriage, but I do not agree with those couples adopting, conceiving, or having surrogate mothers to obtain children because if it is normal than you and your chosen mate will conceive. Children are conceived by members of the opposite sex and that says it all. If you are Homosexual and it is natural then if you should go into your relationship understanding it is unnatural for the two of you to have children.  As for the rhetoric from Obama his mission is to sound like he supports any controversial issue in order to further destroy the American way of life.

You know I don't go around bragging that I am straight. I don't have parades flaunting my sexual orientation nor do I talk about sex in my workplace. I don't give a crap if you are straight, gay, bi, or whatever crap you are into! Go DO your job and keep your damn mouth shut. I pay for my healthcare including my family out of my own pocket, so suck it up! No pun intended...

Why is this gay marriage thing such a big issue? People are people and thats it.  Maybe they should make it a law you can't marry any other nationality other than your own.  What the hell....it's nobody's business who loves who or what their doing behind closed doors....isn't that why we suppose to have PRIVACY!   Leave these people alone and let them live their lives.  Just LIVE an LET LIVE. Stop all this judge mental crap.

SuperHerp, The Scripture references mentioned are all coincidentally from the Old Testament. While I believe the entire Bible to be the inspired Word of God, you might want to try studying some of the New Testament. The references you mentioned all pertained to God's instructions to the Israelites while they were still bound by the OT law and were required to make sacrifices. However, we have been told in the NT that Christ has come and died for us so that we are no longer bound by the law and we can live in faith that Christ accepts all who will repent of their sins. If you're going to use OT references, then perhaps you have noticed that there are prophecies all throughout the OT that have eluded to the coming of Christ and His death on the cross, or perhaps you just did a Google search of scriptures researched by atheists that can be misconstrued to support your views or condemn the beliefs of Christians. I would encourage you to thoroughly study the OT and the NT. You might be surprised to learn about the love of God rather than the "hate" you perceive.

The only reason homosexuality is becoming 'acceptable' is because children are being indoctrinated in public schools (many schools read "Heather Has Two Mommies' as early as Kindergarten), pushed down our throats on TV and in the movies, and pushed on us by a federal government that is not following its own laws (DOMA).

The schools have played an integral part in causing the difference in public opinion. Our kids are held hostage for 13 years while anti-American propaganda, anti-God propaganda, anti-family propaganda, and other garbage is forced on our kids. And we pay for this brainwashing with our tax dollars. People need to wise up and yank their kids out of these ungodly places of social engineering that is ruining our sociey and country.

I do not shop at the stores that push their views on America by their financial backing of the radical homosexual agenda. I boycott these stores. I hope others will do the same.

there are different types and levels of love. could two people of the same sex love one another in a sacrificial way? sure that's reasonable enough.  but its how two people of the same sex could burn with sexual desire for one another that disturbs and perplexes me.  im sorry, but men and women

are made different yet complimentary to one another. as one example a nut and a bolt are different, but combined they hold things together. one is useless without the other. what can two bolts or two nuts accomplish in themselves? nothing.

Where's the Church?? This country was founded on Christian beliefs everyone.....read the real history, before liberals starting taking the truth and the Bible out of our schools.  If these companies support the sin and demoralizing of family values, then the Church needs to arise!!!! It doesn't matter where you worship, what denomination, if you follow Jesus Christ, you are a Christian! We need to unite, because this is a spiritual battle.

People are people. No matter what their sexual orientation, everyone deserves the same rights under the law.  And if that law discriminates for any reason, then the law needs to be changed. Yes, this country was founded for religious freedom and many references to God are present in several documents and pledges, but in my opinion, God doesn't give a rat's behind what people are doing in their bedroom.  Love, faithfulness and trust are the important things in any relationship.  If those are present, the relationship will last regardless if it’s a heterosexual or same sex couple. And same sex couples are just as religious as heterosexual couples! Surprise!!

Pfflyers I am sure the god you described is your god but the real God sent his Son to die on the cross for YOUR sins so you would have a way to REPENT of YOUR SINS,homosexuality be one of your many sins, and have eternal life in Heaven.. The God you described is a LIER and his name is SATIN and if he has sold you on YOUR description of god he has you in hell for eternity.. HOW SAD..
