I'm not really sure why this is an issue.
Every human, no matter who they are, deserve the "right" to persue happiness the way they choose. To descriminate based on sexual orientation is rediculous. After all, no one has messed up marriage more than heterosexual's.
If we look at marriage as a civil union, which really is what it is, then the church has no business in it. Its a legal contract between two consenting adults, if however, a same sex couple wants to marry in a church with the blessings of a minister, there are more than enough churches who are available to accomodate that desire/need.
Let consenting adults do as they wish, no one is asking for special rights, just the rights everyone else has.
Good for those companies, enough discrimination.
they say everybody is starting to except gay . maybe people like myself am getting tired of hearing about it ever hr of the day . and hope if we say we agree with you will shut up . why you think you are special i have no idea there is the ten commandments its your choice to live by if you please . gods law then there is mans law which 98% of mans laws came from. you all have free will live the life you want but quit boring the rest of the world with it. you are all human being and will all know the truth when you die. lets get on to the real problems of life like jobs and the and the trillions of dollars are government is spending how the government got mixed up in this is beyond me we have far more problems in the world other then who and what you sleep with
Being gay has nothing to do with you bible thumpers.....bible thumpers are annoying....But here one for you to ponder on.
Greatest man in history, named JESUS, had no servants, yet they called him Master. Had no degree, yet they called him Teacher. Had no medicines, yet they called him Healer. He had no army, yet kings feared Him. He won no military battles, yet he conquered the world. He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him... He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today
Only God knows the outcome of all this. We all come to this earth in the same way. We all leave it the same way. Judgement isn't our job, it belongs only to the creator. We can have opinions, though.
I, personally, don't concern myself with what others do. I just don't want their views jammed down my throat - in the same way I don't jam mine down others' throats.
i dont believe being gay is a choice, some time kids in school will think its cool to be gay but they arent really, they just hold hands or kiss their same sex bff, but saying that being actually gay is a choice is like saying being straight is a choice, its like saying feelings are a choice, that we have so much control over our minds and souls as to turn on and off like a machine and that just isnt the case, i dont know any one whose ever chosen who they love gay or straight, and if it is a choice then technically every straight person is a lil gay on the inside, i still dont get why its a huge debate its personal and no one should have the right to say no to love especially someone elses but this is the land of the "free" and the home of the ignorant

[BRIEFING.COM] The S&P 500 ended this week with a bang, roaring to a new all-time high on the back of stronger-than-expected economic data, influential leadership, and an ongoing appreciation for the Fed's monetary policy support.
The bullish bias was evident in premarket action as the S&P futures pointed to a higher start without the benefit of any definitive news catalyst. Stocks indeed benefited from a blast of buying interest at the opening bell on this ... More
