Please explain to me how, if the fund manager is the big ticket item in getting the returns, how can I select a similar fund in my 401k that obviously won't have the same fund manager?

[BRIEFING.COM] Stocks entered the weekend on a mixed note as the S&P 500 shed 0.1% while the Dow ended with a gain of 0.1%.
