Here's how to sell a plain T-shirt for $120
Kanye West's new clothing line has been snapped up by eager buyers who have no problem shelling out big bucks for simple wear.
Yep, the Hip Hop T-shirt (pictured) from the musician's new collection was an instant hit this week. It's already sold out, in fact. West's nine-piece collection, from French ready-to-wear line A.P.C., was so hot that it crashed the website, People Magazine reports.
The T-shirt is the cheapest thing in the collection and is only slightly set apart from anything on department store shelves by the "A.P.C. KANYE" logo silkscreened in nearly invisible white lettering inside the neckline.
If that doesn't strike your fancy, how about spending $280 for a plain blue hooded sweatshirt from the collection?
People have been known to pay astronomical prices for ridiculously underwhelming clothing before. Consider the $345 T-shirt from Hermes, which at least has the signature "H" logo on the pocket, The Huffington Post notes.
But how will people know you're wearing Kanye West's T-shirt and not the Fruit of the Loom variety? Don't worry, anyone crazy enough to spend $120 on one will figure out a way to drop it into the conversation.

Kayne should be paying consumers to wear a tee shirt that is basically advertising for his products.
Having Kayne's name, Herme's H, or any other advertising on your clothes screams out that the wearer is desperate for approval and acceptance.
A white tee shirt for $120, does that go with white socks for $100, & white underwear for $75. These people are idiots to buy anything clothing or music wise from this racist.
I hear it's designed to hide your undies when you wear your pants around your ankles. It also reverses in to prison stripes
This is America. If you're an empty person, wear a designer label. If you hate your life, ruin someone else's. If you want more money than you need, sell t-shirts for 120 bucks and laugh your **** off all the way to the bank. Why is it the most horrid people in this country seem to have the most?
