Some of these I can see why the laws were put into effect. The dog barking I do not agree with, yes you need to spend a lot of time with your dog and train them but some dogs have separation anxiety and will bark all day because of being home alone all day, that is the owners fault. It is good a dog barks, for security reasons, they let you know who is around and if someone is on your property.
What I find annoying and people should be fined for is having a screaming kid that will not shut up and the parents just do nothing about it. Take your kid out of the restaurant or store and calm him down and if that does not work than you go home and next time you go out in public leave the kid behind with a sitter if he cannot behave. Just like an animal you need to train your kid to behave. That is what I am sick of.
In Mexico loud parties are tolerated..Like at 3am a band playing loud music in the street of a crowded neighborhood(ie birthday) It would be absurd to call police...The police would laugh at you and your neighbor celebrating his mother's birthday would think you are nuts..Respect and tolerance go hand in hand...
Americans are so selfish and try to control others!!! No wonder we are where we are!!!!!!!!!! Politicians are a bunch of do nothing right leaches living off taxes...They are recepients of high dollar welfare because they dont work...LEACHES!!
Not sure why this is a weird law. I would love to NOT hear dogs barking while I try to sleep or even during the day while I'm working.
If you want a dog you should be responsible to TRAIN it if you want to keep it. If you don't have the time for a dog you shouldn't own one as that is not only cruel to your neighbors but the poor dog as well.
