Why is my post being deleted?  I am not writing anything derogatory.

I don't consider price of a gallon of gas in the $3.00 range to be a bargain.

The price should be no more than $1.50 a gallon.

The blame goes solely to Wall Street and the speculators who don't give a flying fig about how those making less than 6 figures a year are affected by their greed.

Just before he got elected, Obama said energy prices (inc. gas) would go up as to push us into buying samller, greener cars. Instead, it's hurting the working poor and middle class!! :( We can't buy anything extra! So, there goes the economy!

gas isn't the only thing rising guys. Everything is rising on price these days and yes they are hard times. If we just drilled in america and canada instead of trading our fuel for more money to buy fuel maybe we would be better off. Yes if you didn't know the U.S.A has enough oil for itself but we sell it to other countries....therefore we don't have enough for our self's we have to buy from other countries I think america should stop buying  china bull crap "quality" and start making things in the true american way. Also....boycotts will never work, because we are to reliant on gas. The oil companies know this and have never been afraid of that threat. There is another way though. We don't go directly at the oil companies, instead we use our right to recall members of congress. Starting with every member that is on the committee that covers oil companies. They were elected to work for the good of the counrty, and have proven that they are only interested in the money and the power. We remove a few senators and I guarantee we will get their attention. While we're at it we should demand term limits too

What I want to know is who the hell is this person that is trying to convince America that 3.65 a gallon is cheap he is just another oboma fool and misdoing their best to get him re-elected but he has nothing to run on and they all no that. Stand firm in November and put all incumbents out on the street.

There's noting "cheap" about ANY of the prices listed. In 1971, gas was 23 cents a gallon. Now it's $3.50 (more or less). That's a 1521% increase over 40 years, or an average of 48% of the 1971 price EVERY YEAR!

Want to get my attention with "cheap" gas prices? I'll pay attention when it's $1.79 a gallon, like it was around here when some of you koolaid drinkers voted for "hope and change". Well, I hope you have some change left in your pocket after you fill up. If you do, maybe you can help some millionaire bundler funnel it into the "4 more years" account.

So tired of hearing about the current president being the blame for high gas prices. I think it was YOU sir who was drinking the Kool-aid with probably a huge shot of something in it! I would like to know where you were living, under a rock?! When George W Bush was president I remember paying close to 5.00 a gallon in California..... People like you just always have to find a reason to bitch about something... Don't get me wrong, I am not a fan of Obama either but how is ANY one person supposed to fix 8 years of screw up from the previous person that people like you called a president in one term?

Drive 2 miles accross the border from California to Arizona and save 80 cents.  I guess Arizona does not need the special winter blend that we in CA do and are not affected by the refinery maintenance that California is.

It's time blue collar America [ nation wide ] shut it down until the idiots in Washington put a stop to the plundering of poor and middle class [ what's left of it] citizens of this country. To paraphrase a bumper sticker that was popular in the early seventies' "A nation that runs on blue collar labor can't afford to run short."

It's time to end the ways of the corrupt Congress.  Many GOP Congressmen and women are puppets for Big Oil.   They allow for Big Oil to have subsidies, earn gazillions tax free and conduct business as usual, controlling supply and price gouging the public!    They should not be allowed to export oil overseas.   They should be regulated and reeled in along with the speculators.  Enough of this b.s. already.  Wake up Obama and Congress!  Start thinking of the people in this country instead of your own self interests!

Where is the outrage like the protests we had in the 60s?   Occupation Wall Street was the start of it but they found a way to snuff out the activism.

What's awesome is that they seem to run these stories just to let big oil know where they need to raise the prices. The price in Denver has gone up 40 to 50 cents since that last article MSN ran on where to find cheap gas. And that was only 2 weeks ago. Thanks MSN......
