Yep. And HIGH taxes means LOW business growth.,,
Low business growth means LOW "revenues"...
Low "revenues" means shortfalls in budgets...
Shortfalls in budgets means either HIGHER TAXES OR CUTBACKS IN SERVICES...
Either of which means LOW BUSINESS GROWTH....
See a pattern here Dems, who think "the middle class is doing fine??"
You cannot tax and spend your way into fiscal solvency, period. The ONLY way to keep budgets balanced, is to cut SPENDING, not RAISE taxes:
If taxes are frozen:
No increases in tax rates means more money for people to spend...
People spending more money creates JOBS and "Revenues"...
'Nuff said?"
Just saying...
Sincerely,
A dis-satisfied customer and voter....
The communists want to sit on their asssssets and be given free peasant goods. Meanwhile the leaders that they worship are millionaires and rule over them. Equal doesn't mean equal for all. Redistributing the wealth mean impoverishing all but .000001%. The fairness enforcers are always a lot more equal and at everyone elses expense. History calls that tyranny. Why would imbeciles vote that way?
It's a popular assumption to assume North Carolina has been controlled by Republicans...when in FACT that's NOT true...In fact, Liberal Democrats have controlled North Carolina for long enough to screw everyone. In fact, Republicans have only held Gov's office 4 times for a total of 16 years, including the incumbent, McCrory from Charlotte. All the while North Carolina LIBERALS in East have redirected money to build roads to No Where in East and stealing money previously directed for WESTERN North Carolina.
Don't believe me...Visit Charotte...see how screwed up Interstate system is...yet North Carolina Leg has redirected monies to East multiple times....then travel East, following the money and see how little it was merited.
Also, North Carolina Dems are AS corrupt, or more than Chicago and New Orleans...Google David Parker, Beverly Perdue, Mike Easley, John Edwards...corrupt...
Hopefully the Republicans will lower taxes here and be attractive to businesses. In RECENT years, we've watched Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia ALL get major corps move in, and they stated they preferred North Carolina, but the TAX Burden was (in some cases double) too high compared to our neighbors and they were "close enough" to our Interstates to access them from those areas.
As North Carolina has TWO major Interstate connections...SO, these corps will be hauling on North Carolina roads, but NOT creating jobs here and WHO could blame them, given the taxes...
Rhode Island - 50th
Vermont - 6th
