Some of the best deals may also be online in one-hour sale.

This year some parents will be finishing up their Black Friday shopping, just as their children get up.

Toys R Us, in a bid to steal business away from discounters Wal-Mart and Target, is offering its door buster specials at midnight on Friday morning after Thanksgiving.

Available only until 1 a.m., most of these deals, like the big $300 Furreal Friends S’mores pony for $99, a Nintendo DSi bundle for $159.99 ($10 off list price with sleeve and car charger, and the $199 Apple iPod 8GB Touch for $199 with $50 Toys R Us gift card, appear to be available online as well.

On Friday and Saturday, shoppers can also find an Imaginarium Arch Train Table for the list price of  $79.99, bundled with a free $79.99 Imaginarium Big Train set and a large selection of toys and video games for the Nintendo DS and Wii priced at 50% off. (This year, there’s no excuse for not getting a good deal on toys as most large retailers have a selection priced at half off.

DVDs (reg.  $10 to $20 ) are also priced from $3.99 to $9.99 for titles such as Land of the Lost, and Kung Fu Panda.

And for those shoppers expecting a baby, there’s a great deal on a Shermag glider and ottoman set for $149.99, reg. $299.99 at Babies R Us.
