Black Friday deals at Lowe's, Kmart

Day-after-Thanksgiving sale ads for two more big-box stores are leaked, and Lowe's sweetens the pot with Thanksgiving-day online specials.

Hardware giant Lowe’s opens Black Friday at 5 a.m. for its big holiday sale. But online shoppers will get early access to the deals on Thanksgiving Day -- with free shipping between Thursday, November 24, and Monday, November 28, according to the Lowe's ad that was leaked to deal sites Monday.

This sounds like reason enough to stay home and avoid the crowds, especially if you’re looking for deals on tools, large appliances or outdoor items.

Kmart offers "Blue Friday" specials

Kmart's "Blue Friday" sale, released to deal sites last weekend, may not be hot enough to get people lining up on Black Friday, but it's certainly worth a stop if you're looking for inexpensive clothing, appliances and holiday décor. Post continues below.

Kmart hasn't announced whether it will be open Thanksgiving Day as it has been in years past with special Thursday-only deals. Store officials could not be reached for comment.

The store's ad shows three different sales over the long holiday weekend -- with early doorbuster items Friday until 11 a.m., an all-day sale Friday and Saturday, and some specials between 6 a.m. and noon on Saturday only.

No online shopping deals were announced, but at Kmart you can buy these items on layaway, in up to four payments -- for a $5 fee.

I couldn't agree more with inafvn...make the holidays mean something more than a trinket that will wind up at the thrift store.

Spend time together doing fun activities....stop with all the tacky, crappy gifts. In fact, forget the gift cards too!

Teach children the real gift of life is love and sharing love, not some meaningless piece of junk.

So What!. If you are over the age of 12 and on my christmas list you are getting a gift card. Tacky? maybe. But I don't care. Go after Christmas when everything is on sale and buy what you want. And I won't have the stress of dealing with the holiday crowds. This will give me more time to spend baking cookies with my children. I'm also planning a traditional sleigh ride complete with singing of carols. But if we don't get some snow it will be a wagon ride. But either way a slower paced and more intimate Christmas Season.

Boycott Kmart!!! The corporate offices are closed, so they can be with their families. But us little pee-ons who haven't had a raise in two years and make little more than minimum wage will be working 8 hour shifts on Thanksgiving. Do you think the corporate big wigs will be giving thanks to us for lining their pockets with nice bonuses? I think not!

I would like to tell everyone about Kmart SUCKS , as a store is not bad , the most important reasons why Kmart is a bad experience is the way they treat their employees in south florida, the overnight people work without air conditioner all night, they turn off the store's lights 50% all night, they keep working employees thanksgiving day, store will be open all day that SUCKS while all regional managers, district managers and all corporate employees are off enjoying lunches and dinners with their families, is a HOLIDAY DAY what happening with this country and the big corporations are intimidating and slaving employees as Kmart is doing....and they are going to tell the media that these is not truth, JUST do a little research in south florida store and you will see......KMART SUCKS

Whatever the reason these printable coupons or Printapons exist and it is valid to use them, although it can skew the marketing research for which they were intended.
