All the companies mentioned in the article have their stock values at or near 52 week high. Isn't it prudent to buy stocks when their values are on the lower side anticipating reaching highs. Unless all the companies will have new high values in this one month, irrespective whether the market goes up or down.

These stocks make money on their dividend not on price or most of them that pay a dividend. If they are MLP's it is tax free money. In these times they are sought after stocks so their price is high also.

Out of the 9 symbols' mentioned only AEE and HNP showed gains 8 days later.

Actually no, there is a reason they are at a 52 week high.  They are good companies and will continue to grow.

Ummm...every one is rated 'con or neutral' by the stock picking system.
