I myself have never seen such manipulation from this Government. It is their goal to keep people buying, In the 90's it was real estate. 25% gains in 6 months happened. Then when people were bidding 10% more than the asking price I knew this was wrong. Then POW, there was a collapse in the market and home owners took a bath. MIDDLE CLASS. Then just recently gold and silver was manipulated and the false word of Invest in metals was out. I own an Antique Mall at this time and I couldn't believe the people. Actually believing in the Media on gold and silver. Didn't learn from the Home bubble bursting. Same s going to happen with your gold and silver. You see, the Government are experts on keeping money flowing. They announce lies and get you to invest your money into future things that are going to collapse. It's what they do. Now their posting on the internet on what stocks to buy and of course there well be a good number of people that will fall for it and POW again. It's their job to keep money flowing, with artificial lies. How about he auto industry. Nobodies buying cars what do we do? Hey why not just allow people to come here illegally and take care of them and while their here give them drivers licenses and they will buy cars. Auto industry taken care of. It's they do. The Government will get to the point where they will control the flow of water if we don't watch out.
It will probably happen because you can't beat a person that says "If you vote for me you can eat for free" and that is the mentality of America today. I'm sorry to say.
WE live in uncertain times.
what is it with these guy's.. anybody can say buy now when the stock is high..it is a good stock..and..then when it drops they say sell what the hay.. Buy low..sell high..not buy high and lose......what morons..
when a stock has reached it's peak over 52 weeks is not the time to get in..
Think about what u want..look at stocks that satisfy that want .. and invest carefully in those u are comfortable with..either..high risk, moderate or a mix. Do not in most invest all in one...diversify.
They posted a profit last week and the stock went down. Beazer homes finally posted a profit and the stock shot up over 6% while SPF was the ONLY home builder that day to be down.
Not sure why this stock has been going down when the others have been going up, but ranking it a 9 seems unrealistic according to its market valuation.
