Give a man a fish and he eats for a day.
Give a man a welfare check, free cellphone, foodstamps and section 8 housing and he'll vote Democratic all his life!

I love the examples they give a2.4 million dollar house here, a couple making $150,000 there. How about something a little more realistic to the real Americans.

Well...the Ukraine won't be passing up free money from the U.S.   Our president has offered to help the Ukraine out with their money problems....LMAO....who's going to help us out with our money problems?

You can always live like some of the lowlife trash in this country by making babies you have no means of supporting, so you can get free food, housing, and medical care. For some, this is the american dream.

Personally, I have too much self-respect to live this kind of lifestyle.

Our government is trillions of dollars in debt and we are giving Ukraine money? Would any other country do that for us if we were bankrupt? I'm curious to know what China is contributing. Oh wait, they are friends with Russia.

You almost need money to save money, for that to happen you have got to wait for Obama to leave office..... this message is primarily for those who voted him in office and now don't have a job.

Just a continuation of the list of things to avoid paying taxes and more ways the tax code is used by politicians to protect their voting blocks.  Taxes are no longer about the revenue needed to run the country based on the requirements of the Constitution they are about payoffs by politicians to keep their dependent voters addicted to the government teat.

Taxes should be used to run the country and provide services that are not available within the private sector not redistribute wealth, provide services best provided through charity, or buy votes.

Taxes should be equal for every US citizen and the services provided should be available to every US citizen equally.  Not "fairly", not "justily", but equally.  Equal per head, per dollar amount.  That is the only way to eliminate the games that politicians can use to curry favor with their voters and discriminate among individual US citizens.

After that most of these ways to keep more of your money are no longer applicable, nor are the complexities within the tax code and the armies of lawyers and accountants necessary to interpret them or the majority of the IRS used to enforce the tax collection process and intimidate voters.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could make sound financial decisions without having to consider the tax impact on everything first?

BulletBob22 you stated it perfectly.   And we now understand that half the people in America pay for all the goodies the other half has.   That deadbeat half has discovered that it's better to sit around on their asses and live off the other half.   The socialist agenda by way of the liberal left is creating more and more problems for this nation.  It's high time we cut out some of the freebees and let the entitlement

folks learn to get by on less.  NO, they don't need flat screen TV's with all the entertainment package,

cell phones with all the package, luxury cars,  $250 sneakers and designer clothes, makeup, hairdos and tattoos just to name a few.   "Poor" people today have more luxuries than middle income people had a half century ago.  Politicians of the Left have discovered they can throw out more trinkets and get voted back in every time.   Promoting the general welfare is not the goal of politicians on the Left.

Like the late Ted Kennedy all they want is to be voted back into office; they care not a twit about the people they are suppose to be serving.

Hey Marine 1775: I wore that uniform starting Christmas Day 1950 at PI. Fortunately I studied history, which apparently you did not. View the BBC video of Pearl Harbor, and you will see that FDR wanted that war. How about JFK sending 50K advisers to Nam. ?  Bohunkbro.

How about having only the contributing citizens (i.e. those not collecting from the government and paying in) be the only ones eligible to vote?

***  Democrats Trade Entitlements For Votes   ***

Remember when John F Kennedy said, "Ask not what your country can do for you, but rather what you can do for your country?" That was the old Democrat Party. Comrade Obama's new Democrap Party is a party of "give me, get me, provide me." We only have 47% of people actually paying federal income taxes. America has become a nation of "TAKERS" versus "MAKERS" and Dear Leader/Comrade Obama is pandering to the "takers" for their votes...
