The ugly reality for consumers, particularly smaller payees, dealing with the clunky, unscrupulous PayPal ...
I use Paypal on Ebay and I use it when it's offered at ma-pa shops I find on the Internet since my purchase is guaranteed through PayPal. For example, I wanted a couple hundred stainless steel wood screws to build raised garden beds in my yard and found them really cheap even with shipping at some farm supply store in Idaho. They took PayPal so I didn't hesitate to make the purchase through it.
