First it's "the widows and orphans fund" A fund "Supposedly" collected, by law-enforcement, for the families of officers who's lives were lost in the line of duty.You just messed that up, all to pieces..
Then to say that some of them (companies) could flop.. So in other words some, "not saying which ones" which mean that they all could flop, which means YOU DON'T KNOW...
SOoooooooo, WHY WRITE THE ARTICLE..and the irony is.... YOU GOT PAID TO WRITE THIS
