Where is Home Depot on this list?  The store feels old and dirty, can NEVER get anyone to help.  I canceled my account with that store and have NEVER gone back.  The store that gave me such bad service is located on Marks and Sunset in Henderson, NV.

I was surprised the other day, I bought some items for a grand daughter from Penneys and they were actually MADE IN AMERICA and that helped me make up my mind to buy them from Penneys.  I will buy MADE IN AMERICA any day of the week!!!

I've been a DISH customer almost four years and have received fantastic customer service.

Got a puppy just after they installed my system and my dog ate four remotes before I finally got in the habit of keeping them out of reach when I wasn't home. DISH replaced every one at no charge.

Also went through three receivers the first year, all my fault because I put them in a cabinet without enough ventilation so they overheated and croaked. DISH replaced all of them at no charge.

Have talked with them several times when I wanted to lower my bill and drop channels. Every time they took $5, sometimes $9 off my bill (not just one time refunds, but permanent changes to my bill).

Maybe I just get the right CSRs, but I've had nothing but very positive service from them.

As for their spat with AMC, I watched a few episodes off AMCs web-site, and everytime DISH reimbursed me $2 per show.

Maybe I'm the rare customer who gets treated properly, but I've never had any problem with them. I'm actually surprised they keep showing up on the top 5 or top 10 lists of worst companies.
