Stock of the Day: McCormick

The spice-maker serves up some bland earnings results

By Motley Fool Investor Beat Jun 27, 2013 1:51PM
Shares of McCormick (MKC) fell, as the company reported disappointing 2nd quarter earnings. Most of the company’s failure this quarter came from a low demand for its products. The spice maker predicts that 3rd quarter earnings will also decrease, due to weak industrial demand.

In this installment of Stock of the Day, Motley Fool analyst Jason Moser explains the company’s losses, the challenges McCormick is facing with China and his thoughts about the stock.
