  • AstraZeneca (AZN) downgraded to Underweight from Neutral at JPMorgan
  • PSEG (PEG) downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley
  • Pharmacyclics (PCYC) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Roth Capital
