- AT&T (T) downgraded to Equal Weight from Overweight at Morgan Stanley
- Amgen (AMGN) downgraded to Neutral from Overweight at Piper Jaffray
- Apple (AAPL) downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at BMO Capital
- DeVry (DV) downgraded to Hold from Buy at Deutsche Bank
